Yoshida Trail
The Yoshida Trail is the most popular trail on Mt. Fuji, due to the abundance of mountain huts and easy access from Tokyo. This trail is the most developed with the most mountain huts per meter and lots of opportunities to buy supplies.

Subashiri Trail
The Subashiri trail is a great option if you're looking to avoid crowds and enjoy a more local Mt. Fuji climbing experience. The trail boasts the highest tree line of any trail on Mt. Fuji.

MT. FUJI CONSERVATION
Help keep Mt.Fuji accessible and clean. Please stay on the trails and keep Mt.Fuji clean by following pack it in, pack it out protocols. There are no trash cans on the mountain, so any trash you have will need to be carried out and disposed of off the mountain.
Hikers may donate ¥1,000, which is collected at the Subaru line and Subashiri 5th station. The donation supports trash clean up, trail maintenance, and upkeep.
This fund donates to The Council for the Promotion of the Proper Use of Mt. Fuji which is part of the local governments Ministry of Environment for Yamanashi and Shizuoka Prefectures.
