Cancellations are accepted according to our cancellation policy. If a participant emails us with a written request to cancel, the following terms apply: 

• 60+ days before tour start date: 10% cancellation fee
• 31-59 days before tour start date: 25% cancellation fee
• 21-30 days before tour start date: 50% cancellation fee
• 14-20 days before tour start date: 80% cancellation fee
